Training update: I have been working on my cardio fitness for the past few weeks which is something I don’t usually do as I do not like cardio at all haha! 😬 There is a place for cardio though & I believe it’s important to do strength and cardio training! Anyway, I’ve moved on from cardio for the time being and I’m focussing back on strength training! 💪🏼 I love love love lifting heavy weights and love what it does for my body and mind! It makes me strong physically and mentally and I feel like I can do anything!! 💪🏼😃 Hope you’re all having a fab start to the week! 😊😘. Can you believe this is our winter? Today was a beautiful day so we took Mia down to the beach and made the most of it! This time we did not let her run into the water fully clothed like last time! 🤣 Lesson learned!! 🙈.
